Four distinct lofts with ocean views, rooftop terraces, chef’s kitchens in every unit and flexible interior layouts.

They can be booked individually, in combination, or as a full takeover, allowing an event to move between dining, professional engagements, performances, entertaining and late-night programming without feeling confined to a single room.

A few steps from the Lofts, the beach becomes yours for the afternoon.

Welcome guests on the sand with drinks and music, host a private picnic or ocean side meeting, build out a full beach club with umbrellas, rugs, blankets and pillows, or dream up any other wet and sandy entertainment you can conjure.

Cirque Sur Mer will host you with pleasure.

Because the beach sits only steps from the Lofts and retail spaces, the experience can move seamlessly from sand to Boardwalk to rooftop, making it especially easy to use the beach as an arrival moment, an afternoon interlude or part of the event itself.
